When will I receive my order?

Your items must be paid for in full before any items will be personalised. Personalised items can take up to 10 days to be completed and ready to send or be collected in store for our local customers. We do our very best to adhere to these time frames. If you need something urgently, please contact us. We are based in Woodside in the Adelaide Hills and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. Please note that our completion times do not include postage.

Where are you located? Can I pickup my order?

We are located in Woodside, South Australia. We offer pick up for all local customers at our store. We are located at 97b Onkaparinga Valley Road, Woodside (near bus stop 66) and we are open Tuesday to Friday 9.30 to 4.00 and Saturday 9.30 to 1.00.
