When will I receive my order?

Your order must be paid for in full before we begin making or preparing it. Most handmade kitchen items are completed and ready to send, or ready for local pickup, within up to 10 days unless we have advised otherwise. If you need something urgently, please contact us before ordering. We are based in Woodside in the Adelaide Hills and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. Please note that our completion times do not include postage.

Where are you located? Can I pickup my order?

We are located in Woodside, South Australia. We offer pickup for local customers at our store: 97b Onkaparinga Valley Road, Woodside (near bus stop 66). Our current shop hours are Wednesday to Friday 9.30 to 4.00 and Saturday 9.30 to 12.00.
