Returns & refunds

We make each item by hand from the fabric you choose, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email info@blacksheepwoodside.com.au or call 0438 891 568 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will repair, replace, or provide a refund as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

If a return is required for a faulty item, we will arrange the return with you and cover reasonable return postage where the item is confirmed faulty or not as described.
