If you have ever walked past our stall at a market, you have probably seen our wooden crates full of curated oven mitts. What many customers fall in love with is not a single item, but a matching set: an oven mitt, a bowl cosy, and a hanging towel all cut from the same print.

At Black Sheep Woodside, we make those sets by hand in our studio on Onkaparinga Valley Road. It is the easiest way to give a gift that looks thoughtful without you having to guess what someone already owns.

• Bowl cosies the perfect item to pop a hot bowl in for stitting on the couch watching your favourite tv show
• Hanging towels practical, thick and  good looking on a hook or hanging on the oven door next to our double oven mitts

When the fabric lines up across all three pieces, a kitchen instantly feels pulled together. That is why sets sell so well at markets, and why we hear “I wish I had seen you before” from people who bought one item last year and want the rest now.

Fabrics you will not see everywhere

We carry a large range of prints, including Australiana, floral, baking, sports, farm animals, cats and our large range of dog breed designs and seasonal favourites. Part of the fun is choosing a fabric that suits the person you are buying for. If we do not have all the range in store in your chosen design, made to order is often possible when the fabric is still available.

We ship across Australia from our online store, complimentary gift wrapping is available, so you do not have to live in the Adelaide Hills to put together a coordinated kitchen gift.
